Not a corner of my mind

Some of us fight for lost friendship even though we know that those people will surprise us with their actions and words. They don’t live up to their promises. They keep hurting us either with their silence or with their words.

What kind of love do we have towards them to be like this? To keep fighting again and again?

“People always leave.”

When we see the difference in a person, when the friendship is not the same, when we say hello and it sounds like saying to a stranger, then what good is there with such minimal friendship? I mean once we were so close and now acting strangers? Can there be little friendship with falseness? The same with relationships too. It sucks to be doing things for people and being there for them, and getting their shit back in return.

How can one be so selfish? Doesn’t that take courage too? Do people know what is selflessness in today’s world?

“People change, feelings change. It doesn’t mean that the love once shared wasn’t true or real.
It simply means that sometimes when people grow, they grow apart.”
